• Expertise: Significant experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams, ideally within a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a mindset geared towards mentorship, collaboration, and driving results.
• Technological Savvy: Broad knowledge of software engineering, architecture patterns, data security, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate technological vision to stakeholders and to collaborate with other executive members.
• Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Further professional qualifications are highly regarded.
